Defective materials will be replaced free of charge, provided the defective materials are returned to us, with an original receipt of purchase within thirty days. In no event will New Vision Technologies Inc., or any of its subsidiaries, be held liable for any damages, including loss of data, lost profits, cost of cover, or any other incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of, or failure or inability to use this product, however caused, and on any theory of liability.
